We endeavour to ensure our customers have all the information they need when making a purchase, including reliable descriptions of goods and accurate listed prices at all time. However, mistakes may occasionally happen. Should this occur we aim to effectively resolve all issues with information errors as quickly as possible. We strive to keep our customers informed should they be affected by such errors. As a result, we are not liable to you for any errors that may occur on the website.
As Sika’a is an online retailer, you acknowledge the following statements when making a purchase:
When you first place an order it constitutes as an offer to purchase goods, it does not form a binding contract until we have accepted your order. When you order several products, it is considered an offer of products individually, we may not have the availability to supply all products within your order. You will receive an order receipt directly to the email address you supply, this confirms that order as been received not accepted.
We must receive payment in full before we accept you purchase offer. An offer is deemed accepted when your goods are despatched and a confirmation email is sent to you. This email will contain details, including those of the products. We reserve the right to refuse any offers.
Delivery charges are based on the chosen delivery process and are displayed during the checkout process, these are paid for by you.
Gift cards are valid for a twelve month period from the date they are purchased and may be redeemed against all products that are available to purchase through our website. Should you place an order where the total value is less that that on your gift card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and can be used at a later date.
Please be aware that sales tax and shipping costs are applicable on all products purchased with a gift card.
Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. If you return products that have been purchased by using a gift card, we will refund you the equivalent gift card value.
If your gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission this is your responsibility.
Sikaa.com is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
When you shop at our website we use a 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encrypted secure internet connection to protect your payment details. Your computer should automatically allow the opening of the secure connection when you place your order. This means that all the details you supply and any responses are encrypted before they are sent over the internet.

We will never ask for a customer to confirm any account or credit card details via email and if you receive an email claiming to be from Sikaa.com asking you to do so then please ignore it and do not respond.
