Ordering, Shipping And Returns

ORDERING:
PLEASE NOTE: Each of our garment is hand-made to high standard in our UK studio, and ship within 2 to 3 days from the order date. Lead time may vary and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information.
If we find that your order is back-stocked or unavailable, we’ll email you about this issue immediately.
RETURNS
If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly offer returns for a refund within 14 days of receiving your package. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT OFFER EXCHANGES. To request a return, please email hello@sikaa.com with your order number, and one of our team members will get back to you. 
  • Please ensure returned garments are unworn and in good condition, or we may not accept your returns.
  • The value of your refund will be for the cost of the goods ordered plus applicable taxes. We do not refund shipping and handling costs.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please email hello@sikaa.com with your order number, and we'll take care of you.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you’d like to make a change to your order (e.g., different size or color), we’d be happy to help you as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Please keep in mind that changes can delay your order.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at hello@sikaa.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
  • Orders within the UK ship via ROYALMAILor UKMAIL and typically arrive in 2-3 business days after being shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
  • All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
  • Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
  • International orders ship via UPS and arrive in 3-5 days after being shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
  • Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. Some countries issue heavy duties, so we highly suggest researching these rates for your country before ordering.
