What courier companies do you use?
We use a range of different courier needs to meet the demands of our customers. Which courier will be handling your order will depend on a range of factors, including your location and type of delivery. We currently use FedEx and DPD as our main courier partners.
What countries do you deliver to?
Sika’a is based in the UK but we offer delivering across the EU, Europe and internationally. Delivery times vary between counties that we can ship to. The countries that we are currently able to deliver to are:
Do you gift wrap ?
Yes. Sika’a products make beautiful gifts and we can make it even easier for you. Select the gift-wrapping service during the order process to receive your items ready packaged to be given as a present.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges ?
You may have to pay custom and import charges for your delivery depending on your location. It is your responsibility to check the local regulations of your area before you place an order.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
No, we do not currently offer a service to deliver to PO box addresses.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
We can make deliveries to both the British Forces Post Office (BFPO) and APO.
Do you deliver to hotels?
Yes, if you want to receive goods delivered directly to a hotel you are staying at Sika’a can deliver. We advise that you alert reception staff to your delivery beforehand.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes, all deliveries for shipped goods require a signature. This is an added security measure that provides you with protection. It also means your goods can be shipped to a different address to your billing address.
Can I track my shipment?
